Barfield comes to Keeeb after nearly three decades at Accenture where he served as Director of Social Learning & Knowledge Sharing. At Keeeb, he will work with customers to drive business growth and improve organizational performance and sharing through the Keeeb Intelligence Platform.

Tom Barfield brings unparalleled expertise in knowledge sharing and collaboration at the enterprise level. While at Accenture, Barfield created processes and technologies to improve the performance of the organization’s 450,000 people. He shifted Accenture’s knowledge sharing culture from a departmental to an enterprise approach through the implementation of standard processes and technologies and the promotion of cross-team learning.
